Credit information from Equifax

With your consent, we obtain your credit information report from Equifax Credit Information Services Private Limited and use it only to provide the services you have asked for. Your consent is valid for 180 days. Credit information is processed and stored in India.

We keep each credit report for no more than 180 days from the date we obtain it, or until the purpose is complete, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever is earliest, and then permanently delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the Privacy & consent section of your dashboard Profile, or as described at www.credithelpindia.com/revoke-consent. On withdrawal, we delete your credit reports immediately and confirm by email within 24 hours.

We do not sell, share or disclose your credit information to any third party. There is no unauthorised use of it by any third party, including any of our group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or associates, in violation of the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and other applicable laws.
